Where are you based?

We are based in PE, Eastern Cape but we use courier to deliver to all areas in SA.
We are an online store but if you are locally based you are welcome to order online and collect your order from our premises in Richmond Hill when it is ready.

  • Due an overwhelming amount of messages, we do not accept phone calls. We prefer a record of any communication with our clients in writing.

Payment

  • Payment is easily and securely done online when you place your order. You can choose to pay using a credit card, debit card or instant EFT through Payfast.
  • We also have an option for customers to make cash payments via PEP , EasyPay at Shoprite, Checkers or USave or cash send via ABSA, Capitec, FNB or standard bank.
  • Please note we do not offer cash on delivery payment options.
  • As each of our items is personalised and made to order, we only work on upfront payment.

Shipping

  • All shipping costs R100 on checkout.
  • Delivery options include courier to your door, PAXI via PEP or Postnet to your closest store for collection at your convenience.
  • Port Elizabeth based customers can collect at our premises in Richmond Hill at no cost. We will send a pin location & address on the day the order is ready for collection.
  • Please note when your item dispatches you will receive a tracking link via email as well as a Whatsapp with a photo of your finished product plus a tracking link. Once you have received the tracking number please contact the courier directly should you have any queries.

Lead time

  • All our items are personalised which means we have a slightly extended lead time – good things take time!
  • We DISPATCH 10-14 WORKING days after the funds have reflected in our account.
  • We do offer an EXPRESS ORDER option for an additional fee. This is dependent on availability of stock and production capacity and can be added to an order upon request. Price will be quoted according to the size of the order and lead time required.

Custom phone covers

  • We have almost all iPhone, Samsung and Huawei covers available. Should you have another model of phone please send a query on our website before ordering so we can confirm if we are able to customise your model.
  • We have both hard and flexible TPU covers available. Unless specified we will select the most appropriate cover according to what is available in stock at the time of ordering.

Return and refund policy

  • No returns or refunds on custom orders
  • Prices are subject to change at any time
  • Due to a high volume of orders during Promotional Sales and Festive periods our standard lead time may not apply. We will however endeavour to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible.

Replacement/damaged covers

  • The original item needs to be reported to and returned to Candywrap within 7 working days of receipt.
  • Our personalised covers do cover a 7 working day return period based on any manufacture faults however a cell cover undergoes huge amounts of wear and tear and is meant to protect your phone. We cannot be held responsible for daily wear and tear.

Personalised Design

We trust that you like what you see on our social media pages.
You are welcome to send us any specific design requirements or sample images via the online order or to our Whatsapp line on 066 252 4773 however our designers will use their discretion to utilise the photos and text supplied.
Should you wish to receive a preview prior to printing, this can be added to your order at an extra charge. Cost is dependent on the size of the order & will be quoted upon request and allows for 2 changes to be made to any design preview prior to print.
